Why we started

Mint Minds was born from a personal moment: our founder, Aamie Benson, thinking about her niece’s upcoming high school graduation and all the things she wished she had known at that age — about money, credit, debt, and life beyond the classroom.

Every year, bright students graduate high school academically prepared — but financially lost. They step into adulthood navigating jobs, loans, rent, and college decisions without being taught how to budget, save, or plan for the future.

As a seasoned learning strategist working inside top financial institutions, Aamie knew this gap could be solved. What if we applied the same instructional design rigor used in Fortune 100 training to solve one of education’s most overlooked problems?

Mint Minds is the result: a future-focused financial literacy program designed to meet students where they are and prepare them for what comes next.

Meet Our Founder:
Aamie Benson, MBA, CPCC, is a nationally recognized learning strategist, coach, and consultant with over 20 years of experience designing performance-focused education across financial services, technology, and leadership development.

As founder of Evoke 3 LLC, Aamie has led major learning initiatives for organizations such as New York Life, Microsoft, Amazon, Dell Technologies, and UBS Investment Bank. Her areas of expertise include instructional design, leadership development, coaching, and learning strategy.
In 2025, she was named:
Top Learning Consultant of the Year – International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

She has also been featured in Who’s Who of Professional Women for her leadership in education innovation.
